Our reusable insulated totes keep meals cold and our footprint small. Here's the friendly swap loop—and the policy that protects it.
Evening drop (8 PM – 9 PM)
Our driver delivers your fresh, chilled tote to your porch between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM the night before school.
Swap the tote
Leave the previous night's empty insulated tote on your porch. Our driver swaps the fresh one for the empty one—no contact needed.
Move it to the fridge
Bring the fresh tote inside and pop the meals in the fridge. Lunch is ready to grab on the way to school.
Equipment Protection Policy
Our insulated totes are part of a shared, eco-friendly inventory. To keep the loop running for every family, we ask that empty totes are returned at the next delivery.
If an empty bag isn't returned after 3 delivery windows, a $15 replacement charge is automatically applied to your account to protect our green inventory. No surprises—you'll get a friendly reminder before any charge is made.
